It doesn’t have to be that way! Buying twice will only cost you money and time. You simply have to wash your face once with a good scrub. One that you feel you can trust.

The coffee grains, or almond meal/desiccated coconut, will get rid of the dead skin that has been building up since we last met. This will also unclog the pores and retard any more acne becoming present.

You can then leave it on your skin overnight to make sure that the moisturisers sink in. Just make sure you leave a hand towel on your pillow to protect it. Also, make sure you change your pillowcase once a week to safeguard your skin from any unwanted allergies.

There shouldn’t be any need to use anything extra on your skin like a brush or luffa. The coffee grains etc are usually enough.

Relax. After rinsing, use an el-cheapo towel to pat dry your skin. Try not to rub your face. It doesn’t have to be the best Glow Weave hand towel in your closet either. I use cheap towels from KMart.

Most importantly, make changes to your diet. You know what I’m talking about. The greens. Vegetables, fruits and of course, the good ol’ water. H2o. If you find water a bit unexciting, try putting a slice of lemon/orange in there to liven the flavour up a bit. I like to squeeze a bit of juice in too.

What food is more likely to cause acne? I’m sure you’ve heard it all before. “Sugar. Sugars, which we consume as refined white sugar in our homes and in other forms like sodas, tetra pack juices, honey, etc. …Dairy Products, Fast Food, Chocolate, Greasy Food, Whey Protein Powder, Refined Grains, Foods Rich In Omega-6 Fats.”
